- Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option and typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available, typically delivering in 2 to 3 business days for U.S. orders. Expedited shipping costs are higher than standard shipping rates.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to several countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes within the United States. However, please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes may take longer than standard shipping to a residential or business address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
5. International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs inspection, which could delay delivery.
Additionally, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on possible fees before placing an order.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged or lost items.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging when your order arrives, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt. This will help us process any claims with the shipping carrier.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain regions due to restrictions or service limitations. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, we will notify you and cancel your order. Additionally, we may not be able to ship certain products internationally due to regulatory requirements.
