You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and seals must remain intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when returning the item.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items: Products that have been altered or customized at your request.
  • Gift cards and downloadable content: These items are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@regalxgleam.com or call (504) 304-8607 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Once you have the RA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us at the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Restocking Fees: We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price for certain returned items, especially if the product is returned without its original packaging or in a damaged condition.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a return label for the damaged item and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Late Returns

Returns made after the 30-day period will not be accepted. If we receive a return that falls outside of our return window, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives, such as a partial refund or store credit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items or clearance merchandise (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

8. Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive the item(s). We will notify you via email once your return is processed and a refund or exchange has been issued.
